1. Your Right to Cancel (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

If you change your mind about your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

Once your return is approved, you then have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging (where applicable)
  • Free from damage, wear, or signs of use
  • Returned with all accessories, labels, and components

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom‑made items
